The support team at bideasemobile has been excellent to work with, they are always willing t help me out when I have questions or need assistance within our account management process! They also do amazing things for my business in terms of providing insight into what works best from an ROI standpoint as well as how we can improve upon certain elements such as targeting demographics/interests (using data sets). It's hard because it takes some time to understand exactly who you're working w but once you figure it all out there really isn't much room for improvement. We've managed ad campaigns across many different platforms including AdWords & Facebook which allowed us to see what was effective/not so effectively utilizing each channel.
