Review on 🍞 Breville BOV650XL Compact Smart Oven: Countertop Electric Toaster Oven in Brushed Stainless Steel by Marco Maurer

We had a Breville Smart Oven for over 7 years before I thought it was time to replace it. Great device, never had any problems. Of course I wanted to replace it with another Breville. Started great, but after only 10 months it started to become uneven. The top would be perfect, but the bottom would be barely toasted. I contacted Breville and described what had happened. After several email exchanges they finally said I could send it to them if I wanted and they would send a replacement. So after 10 months I should have received the original packaging? What a hassle to wrap it up and then get by without a doubt for the weeks to come. Terrible customer service. The reputable company would be kind enough to send a replacement first, on condition that the defective oven is returned to them in the same packaging. What was once a great product doesn't last and doesn't offer quality support. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
