I fixed this lamp on the wall with swearing and disappointment. I've installed many lights and done countless renovation projects. This is one of the worst designed lights I have ever installed. The back plate has a grounding screw which when used correctly will prevent the plate from sticking to the wall. The front of the lamp is attached to the plate from the outside with 3 screws. Try to line up the holes on the outside, especially when installing near a wall corner. Pure disappointment. So you've got three screws to show you when you're done (thought I could live with that) and a lot of trouble trying to hang this thing. Run away.
