READ this for *accurate* information!

This is a great product. BUT. Information both in the advertising and in the instructions accompanying the device is misleading. Also, there's a review that says it's "rechargeable" and that's *not* correct (don't know why they said that!). So, here's the thing: This device *does* not have a battery. it must be connected to a power source. This is where the confusion comes in: the device comes with an "adapter,” which is nothing more than a charging box that plugs into a USB port. When using this adapter/charger, it *must* be plugged into an outlet. BUT. You can also use your own portable charger which then gives you some portability and flexibility to not be tied to an outlet. The announcement and instructions *do not* make this clear! So now that this information is missing in the spirit I will move on to the device itself. It works very, very well. It is designed to be worn as a waist belt, but you can also use it without a belt without the compression feature. There are 3 different types of action on the device: heating, vibration and air compression (tension / loosening of the belt). The heating and vibration functions have 3 settings that can be changed individually. The compression action can be either On or Off. The device heats up quickly, the vibrations are gentle but effective. It's also fairly quiet, so you can use it while watching TV, for example, without disturbing the sound. It runs for 20 minutes and stops automatically (after that you can restart it for another 20 minutes etc.). It works MIRACLES for me and I love it. A Note: This is not a large belt and if your waist size is greater than 36 inches, it may not be effective for you as you will have trouble keeping the velcro on. My waist is 33 inches and I feel like it can grow another 3-4 inches and still stay secure. But it didn't go any further. My only complaint about the device is the location of the controls. It sits on the belt side and is difficult to see without bending a little. It can be activated/set before you fasten your seat belt, but once the seat belt is on you will need to bend your neck to see the individual buttons on the remote control. I hope this review helps clear up any confusion about its "battery" (which doesn't exist!), its "rechargeability" (which doesn't exist!) and what you need to do to achieve "portability" (a separate battery). eliminate USB connector). Charger). Let me know if the review is helpful!
