Review on ClickPost by Matthew Mrspeach

Our clickpost integration was very easy from start till finish as there are loads of tutorials in their online training which helped us understand things quite straight away & they were also great at responding quickly whenever I faced issues! There's no much i disliked about it apart form some UI related stuff but once again nothing serious enough not be solved by them :) As an agency we have used this product since last 4 years now - It has been seamless experience evertime our clients request something new or tweak existing features so its always good partnership between both partiesClick post works like magic when you want your customer facing elements aligned perfectly together :). They made sure everything went perfect every time without giving me any headache! Their support team goes above n beyond tooo help out if required even after sales contract expires!! The ability of the software to connect all aspects of my business together in one place was very helpful. I also like how it allows me to track shipments from start to finish. It's not always 100% accurate as far as tracking time goes but its better than nothing! They could make this more user friendly if they want to expand their customer base. This has been an overall great experience so far. We are able to keep up with our orders quickly because everything is right at hand when we need them.
