Review on Crafting Beautiful Friendship Bracelets with Choose Friendship Jewelry Making Kits by Robert Jackson

I bought this for my 6 year old. She REALLY wanted a friendship bracelet maker but the most I found was for ages 8 and up. She can handle many other toys in this range, but I'm concerned about the level of frustration of having to track each strand herself. I was absolutely right - it was a challenge (she had the nanny finish the first bracelet after about a dozen rows). So we still have a long way to go, but she wasn't totally disappointed and will come back to it and "grow up with it". I'm sure she would be mad at the whole idea if I gave her one of the sets that doesn't hold the strands. I also love that it allows for breaks and love the side drawer that holds the filament. I would recommend this for an eight year old or little younger with really good motor skills and patience. This is a great starter set that will not overwhelm a younger child.
