You get what you pay for. Duct tape is cheap. It's similar to how suit fabric feels compared to regular fabric, cheap and plastic. You must seal the edges immediately after cutting, otherwise they will wear out immediately. For what I use it for (mask straps) I'm not sure it will hold up. But I'm distributing my masks locally to get more masks for more people. So, I think it will do for a free mask. I wouldn't normally use this for something that wears out regularly. Although it would be nice for art projects.
