Like most people I have a very busy life so I don't waste my precious time writing a review unless the product is either excellent or a complete waste of money. In this case, I'm happy to report that the motivation was the same. The KES paper towel holder was packaged very well in a box with cut outs to protect the marble. I can usually tell how good a product will be by looking at the packaging. If a company doesn't care if their product breaks during shipping and doesn't care that it might bother their customer who needs to return or exchange it, they probably don't care as much about choosing a quality manufacturer. or materials. In this case, the box was great, and inside was a beautiful marble base, a center stand, a set of five self-adhesive foam feet, and a small Allen key to attach the stand to the base. Everything is included. It was clean and simple and showed appreciation for their customer. The end product is great, the paper towels rotate effortlessly and I love it so much I'm buying a second one for the sink. It's really hard to admire a paper towel holder, but the care and attention to detail was such a nice change from the cheap items I see these days and it's worth acknowledging here and reassuring other potential customers.
