This is normal but not very good. I thought they would really soften my feet but after using them my feet felt like they really needed a moisturizer. Yes, the instructions say to moisturize after the treatment, but I figured that should have been done. The tongues that are supposed to keep them on their feet don't work at all. I couldn't remove the plastic from the tongue to make them stay. I ended up breaking the part. So I just put my feet up and clocked 20 minutes. It was nice! Don't try to walk in it, you're likely to slip. I will try again and cream my feet first.
