I've ordered them twice.

They are very easy to use - just stick them on your index finger. They seem to really clear the teeth of loose dirt, but are irrelevant for hardened plaque. But if you start brushing your puppies' teeth before plaque builds up (or after brushing), you seem to prevent plaque build-up. I also wash them and reuse the Enzyme Dog Toothpaste. Finger one, but doesn't really bother it.
