Hands down the easiest wiper to replace! I was a little apprehensive about this after changing the many blades that came with 14 adapters and instructions in 17 languages. That, combined with the typical Volkswagen unnecessary complexity, made me nervous. Well, fear not. On a 2012 sports car, there is a small button at the connection between the wiper lever and the brush. Plug it in with your key. Pull the blade, it slides about half an inch. Delete your key. Pull the blade out all the way. Throw away the old knife. Put in a new blade. Only fits in one direction. Even a politician couldn't screw things up. Repeat with the other blade. Complete! Tip. Switch on the ignition briefly, switch off the ignition, quickly press the wiper switch. After that, the wipers stop in a straight position, convenient for maintenance!
