More than 10 reviews said the same thing and showed pictures. Mine was the same. The end stone fell out the first time I wore it. A week later, a stone fell out at the other end. Would love to read these reviews before purchasing. I would still buy it BUT I would put some clear nail polish on these end stones. It's nice and easy. It flexes a little more if you have a 9.5 or 10. I suggest leaving the setting you like. If you switch your fingers and pull in and out too often they will eventually (soon) break, be gentle and take care of these stones.
