The ability to store all data securely within our own servers. No third party provider required! This allows us more control over security protocols than most companies are able to provide with outsourced solutions. It would be nice if there was an option to export data directly into other applications such as Sage 50 or Quickbooks (as opposed to exporting through another server). Our employees appreciate having easy access to information about pay periods and pay changes. We also use this system for time off requests which makes it easier for both employers and employees.
