A few years ago I bought a wrist wrap for quick relief from pain. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and carpal tunnel. Heat is stored in the gel pack itself over a long period of time. The same applies to cooling the gel pack. I've even traveled with them. I have damaged two gel packs from a faulty microwave and another from prolonged overuse of the microwave and freezer. To contain myself I opted for cheaper heating/cooling packs that were stronger on the outside because I'm pretty tough with my stuff. In truth, nothing else compared. Over time I've found that this bracelet is way better than the other two cheap brands I've bought. When I finally told myself to stop experimenting and just stick with what I like, I bought the 2 gel packs that come with the foot wrap. Furnished. And because I still have the bandage from my first purchase, I now immediately relieve my pain by inserting gel packs into my hand or foot bandages. I use boiled water and let it sit for 5 minutes if the bags are at room temperature, or put them in the freezer for easier chilling. I just wish they had a body wrap to make all my joints feel just as good. The markets have a lot to offer, but I had to write a review. Buy it for yourself and your loved ones and you won't want to go back to anything else.
