Does not moisturize!
I have dry eyes in and around my eyes, especially in summer when air conditioners/fans blow on me. I tried this product (in combination with eye drops) hoping that the dryness would ease up a bit, but unfortunately the opposite happened. The more I used this product, the worse my eye area got. The applicator is good, I didn't have to apply with my fingers.
