My basement fuse has blown

Had this heater literally 3:15 hours and have already requested a refund. He blew a fuse in my house, I won't leave him. Pros: small, I like the safety feature (I have pets) and it heats up really well. Cons: no true temperature control, blown fuses. My advice? Unless you live in a new home with newly renovated electrical systems that you trust, don't buy this.
