Mouse has stopped working - where is the lifetime guarantee?

I bought this mouse in October 2019 and was happy that there was a lifetime guarantee. Now in November the mouse stopped working. There is no information on the website about who to contact for a warranty/return/replacement after 30 days. If the seller can contact me and replace the mouse I would be happy to give another review as the mouse has been good for the month it has been working. I also asked. page to ask who to contact about the warranty. and all i got was silence
