1. Digital display reversed with imprinted logo2. Spring-loaded contact pushes the device out of the power connection3. When both USB ports are used, the digital display is difficult to see when the power connector is at eye level. Updated 07/23/214. the blue light display is so dim you can barely see it; Overrated with 0 stars. I haven't used it for a while and didn't realize how bad it was. I wish I had returned it when I had the opportunity.
