We bought a computer for Mary Ann's personal use, primarily for email and web browsing. The machine never worked properly, booted very slowly, and was prone to all sorts of crashes. I've given it to the Geek Squad for analysis and repair, which usually improves performance for a few days and then returns to old issues. It's in the same room as my ASUS, which suffers from some of the same issues that Microsoft Edge and Yahoo suffer. However, my computer, which is not as close to the router as hers, works fine with no long waits for programs to load or start. We've usually had good luck with HP computers, but this one seems to be a lemon. I know the return date has already passed but just wanted to let you know about our experience. Tim Boyer
