The customer support is top notch! They are always willing to help with any issue or question I might have, even if it's something as simple (and silly) like how do we set up our page navigation so people can find their way around more easily? We've been using them for nearly 6 years now--their product has gotten better each year since then too. As an organization trying to make use of its own data about what works well/what doesn't work at all within different groups & offices over time--it just makes sense when they give us reports showing exactly where those gaps exist so there isn';s nothing left out from one report to another after seeing this data point multiple times.
