My daughter goes to daycare on a farm and needs warm, waterproof pants, not thick winter pants or waterproof raincoats. I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for until I found this! We ordered a size 5 for my petite 4T in 4 1/2, the waist is quite tight which was a surprise but the length was enough. you are warm The waist also matches her true waist and the fly is long unlike most of her girls pants but they held up well and the price was really fair for what they are. I would recommend.
