Bought the 16 inch and they were beautiful right out of the box, no smell and sheer tip. Lots of flowing hair throughout the length of the center part. Washed and allowed to air dry and although it conducted heat well off the iron it never returned to its appearance when taken out of the box. Adjusts length at the sides, falls a little and the back is constantly tangled at the neck. Came with a good storage bag, mesh wig cap and eyelashes. I am considering buying a different, shorter length to see how it performs.
