I'm 5'11", 18-20 depending, with a 46" bust and 38-40" waist. The XXL fits very well with the bottom sitting just a few inches above my knees. The size chart says the XL is 16-18 but I don't think I could size down as the XXL is a comfortable but snug fit.The lace has some stretch in it, as does the underlying liner. Both are very soft. The zipper on mine gets a little stuck about 3" down from fully closed but if you have someone to help you zip up it's not too big a deal. The seams are all very well done. The only potential improvement I would like is if it had those little loops for putting on a hanger. The neck opening is pretty wide because of the low cut and having those loops to put on a hanger would be helpful.
