VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE This company has earned my respect and my future. In my opinion it's rare to find a company these days with such outstanding customer service, this is my third pair of glasses (1 for spare). I ordered them a while ago because I love the color. When I recently changed my glasses one of the retaining tabs broke off, no abuse just normal wear and tear. I really felt like it should have lasted a little longer. So I took the risk and contacted CROAKIES (not the reseller as it's been over 90 days). Well, my call was answered by a third call and I spoke to a real PERSON alive. I didn't expect much! She impressed me by genuinely caring about me as a consumer and I'm sorry the loop was broken. She asked me my name and kept talking to me using my name like in a REAL TALK (oh my god); she apologized for the break up, asked for my address and said she would be happy to send me a new one. Something seemed pleasant and I was a little suspicious, but felt compelled to take her word for it at first. A replacement appeared in the mail about 3-4 days after I called. I have a newfound respect for the brand and would buy it again at any time. VERY IMPRESSED by the brand's customer service :-)
