This is the perfect solution to what I was looking for. Without attaching it to anything, no walls or doors are required to connect it. It's just lying somewhere on the ground. For me it blocks my plants so the plants don't fall on anyone or my little puppies. If I want to block the living room, I can do that now. Now I have a door, just an open space, but this gate closes the space just right. The gate looks great too. There is nothing to collect, already together. Remove from the box and use immediately.
