This allows data to be transferred and not "only loaded " as described.
Dwxsription says "Works with any device that uses a Mini-B USB port for charging or power delivery. (Does not support data transfer)” The DVR immediately enters data transfer mode and tests on my computer prove it is a standard data cable. I use the dash cam on the back so I can't reach the transmit disable button so this cable is useless to me.
