I bought this because my sister has one (she bought it about 6 years ago) and it fits her two dogs (50 pounds). I have a 2014 Camry and it doesn't cover all sides. My rear seat headrests are the same as in the picture, they barely fit. The buckles were not buckled for long while the pup (60 pounds) was in the car. I have the longest setting available and it barely snaps onto the headrest. Love the hammock - the clips for the other side to keep the hammock in place as they attach to the front headrests which have a metal piece. I'll look for a more durable case.
