This pillow is plush and very soft and the full elastic leg strap is just what I was looking for! Most of the time I could wear it all night, although sometimes I wake up and see it's on my ankles. The pillows are not to blame - I sleep very well and move A LOT. At first I thought the thickness was perfect, but over time the memory foam flattened out on the inside and now it's just not thick enough for my needs. I use it to sleep on my side and not wake up with a terrible back pain. While it still definitely helps and is a good product, I usually add another pillow when using it, which defeats the purpose a bit. All in all I don't regret the purchase and to be honest if it had been lighter then it probably would have been ok. (I weigh about 180 pounds)
