Since I cook every night and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, I prefer to get good quality appliances even if I have to pay more, because it's worth it. I use my air fryer every day in the kitchen. Though I love Ninja products, I find this item to be on the cheap side. The quality feels light and plasticky. It seemed like a nice product while it worked, but after only a few uses the fan (not heating coil) won't work. Tried to contact customer service three times and kept getting put on hold only for them to never return (I think waiting 20 minutes is more than enough.) It appears they have very poor quality products and even worse customer service. I will not be buying anything from SharkNinja Operating LLC again.

I like the Ninja. However be careful depending on backsplash. This backsplash was here when I bought the home and is plastic I guess. When we used this air fryer, it was not close to back wall and was pulled out a bit on the cabinet. It still melted a spot on that sheet of backsplash on the wall. So it has very hot air coming from the back more than you would think. And I had common sense to pull it away from wall prior to using it.

I love this air fryer! It's so easy to cook and clean. It makes foods so much quicker and healthier than the old school way. It's also great for single or 2 people households. It's big enough to hold what you need without heating up the entire house for just a small dinner. After cooling off, I just wipe it clean and it's ready to go again next time. Cooked a ribeye steak in it.1) the steak fit!2) turned 1x halfway through and it browned perfectly on both sides3) cooked perfectly medium rare4) compared to my old Cook's air fryer that was 4 years old, this one is SO EASY TO CLEAN!Got it at Black Friday weekend sale price. I love the ninja fryer so much it is actually my second one. I found I was using my first one sometimes twice a day or back to back so I purchased a Pampered Chef brand. That one was hard to clean. No power on button so had to plug in or unplug to turn off. Had to use oven mitts to pull out metal trays. Did not evenly cook if using both trays. Decided to sell it and get another ninja. This is a great product; the ease in cleaning is a very big deal for me. I had been using another design air fryer that was impossible to thoroughly clean, so this one is fun. The ONLY aspect I would change is the size of the heating surface. If you have a family of six, cooking just four chicken thighs can be an issue.

I bought this when we were having our floors redone after having a water leak that caused our floors to be jackhammered. My wall oven had been sitting on the floor for a few months and I was just using my outside grill. Why didn't I think of this before? It's perfect! Quick meals and hardly any mess. Love it!

It was way bigger than I expected, came on time, and I watched many YouTube videos to be prepared. So I friend wings, cleaned, dried, seasoned. I preheated on 400 degrees for 3 minutes then placed a air fryer liner in. I then placed chick in with space in between the sprayed vegetable Pam spray on top of them and set the timer for 12 minutes on 400 degrees. Came out amazing! I got hooked on the air fryer turned my family onto it Once it gave up I bought another one it doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the first one, but it still works great I just miss the Max Crisp, stop timer and resrart.

This thing is bomb! I'm late to the air fryer scene, but better late than never. Love this unit. It cooks food super fast and clean up is simple. I can eat foods now that I haven't been able to eat in a long time due to a sensitive gallbladder. Less oil and grease made a huge difference.

I like the air fryer saving time on cooking and made my favorite chicken wings probably 3-4 times a week before. However, five months after purchasing, the machine got overheated after about 3 mins and stopped working. I called customer service and they gave a video troubleshooting. They mailed me another part without charge and my air fryer worked as before. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I'll recommend this product to my friends.

I love my air fryer. What I don’t like about it is it doesn’t have a preset for warming/heating. So to preheat for three minutes you have to press the temperature that is defaulting to 20 minutes on the air fryer sitting down to three minutes.
