Helped me make salads a part of my life
The small dressing container helps limit calories, but large enough to add good flavor. Salad on the bottom and it let me keep dry ingredients and small dark chocolate snack on top without getting soggy from the salad. I have made salad a part of my life for lunch and I have lost 10 pounds. I'm not sure I could have done it without these containers. The only down side is that they aren't the easiest to clean, something about them, you can't just rinse them, you really need to use soap and water and sponge to scrub the dressing out of them, but that is minor.

- Nice locking mechanism. It was a great three pack for myself and my kids. Easy to clean as well.
- The dressing pots may not stay securely in place in the bento box, causing spills
