You can save time by uploading your resume for several companies at once as if it were one application. The interface looks really dated but works well enough so no complaints there! Having multiple resumes saves you work when applying anywhere across various platforms (website). We are using this service in particular because of their ability to put us into direct conversations with hiring managers without having to submit our own applications. They do not have an integrated system like other similar services where we could apply from directly within the platform itself. This means less time spent manually creating multiple applications and submitting them individually.
