I opened the package and was shocked because they looked like baby pants. I'm 5'3 175. But I ordered my size based on the reviews so I figured they had a magic stretch. It turns out they do. However, the lines on the picture are darker than those on the face. Although I don't mind. A thinner shadow on the back which I think looks better. I ordered a large one. I should have taken XL. Because they are NOT squat resistant. full visibility. Maybe not when I get up. I'm not sure. As for flattery, keep it in the right places. The color is exactly the same as in the picture. You are cozy. I will order a size up to see if that makes a difference. But overall still a great pair of leggings when worn with a shirt that covers at least most of my butt.
