It was a good product, it worked as advertised and stayed on my body with no problems. It had multiple heat settings and vibration settings. The heat was really nice and appreciated in the cold, but I would have appreciated much higher heat settings. This would probably be a great product for people with occasional pain, but I wouldn't recommend it for people with chronic pain. Vibration settings varied, but they may cause more discomfort for people with chronic pain conditions. All vibration settings are basically the same intensity, with the only difference being that this is a template for separating each mode. I wish I could change the intensity. When you need intense warmth, it's best to use the heat settings with a tank top. With no other shirt do you feel the heat through the material at maximum temperature. Finally, the fit of the product is interesting. It was difficult for me because I have a hard time with closed collars. Others without this difficulty probably wouldn't have the problem. However, it is impossible to move in the product without shaking it off and tightening the elastic around the shoulders and chest. I know my needs are quite intense and beyond what "normal" people want/need. So for everyone else it's probably a good product, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. But for me it just wasn't what I needed. I will be passing this on to one of my parents who will probably be happy to receive the portable heating pad as a gift.
