replaced due to broken plastic

Only 9 months use The plastic funnel at the top of the fallopian tube comes loose. 9 months of use Boil eggs just 5 minutes. At first I thought the egg was sticking to the small hopper motor, then I found that the nail was scraping the egg and the black plastic. Rough plastic retains part of each egg. Now we don't use it, we don't want to eat plastic with eggs.
