Recipe change Almost killed dog

I think Blue Buffalo sold out last year and the new company changed the recipe. My dog has been taking BB since he was old enough to eat solid food and didn't have a single problem until this new drug hit the market. Of course, we just assumed the recipe was the same and something else must be making him sick. I never thought that the same product he had been eating for 4 years would suddenly become so different that it would make him so nauseous. He vomited almost every night. While vomiting and swallowing, he ate grass because he was nauseous. The vet thought he had developed panic disorder. We've tried Prozac, antacids, anti-nausea meds, sleeping pills; x-ray and scan to check for blockage; Blood draws etc - you name it, nothing worked. As a last resort, before resigning ourselves to turning him off at night to comfort him when he vomits and force-feeding him pills, we decided to switch his food. We switched to Taste of the Wild and, y'all, it was a miracle. We haven't had ONE EPISODE since he gave up on Blue Buffalo completely. I'm not kidding when I say he threw up every day or two - to the point of bleeding - and now he's perfectly healthy. no vomiting General. No panic attacks. He is currently not taking any medication. I'm ashamed we didn't realize sooner it was that damn meal. But to be honest, the company's junkyard and new recipe didn't come with any renaming or repackaging to signal the change. It was mean and sneaky. I only learned this from other reviews of sick dogs. This new recipe is a scam and animal poisoning. It's not even grain free like the old stuff the packaging suggests! It killed my dog. If you love your animals even a little bit, buy something else.
