Not Effective: Bathroom Cleaner

For those who have never seen this product, it is a thick gray liquid with small abrasive grains. It reminds me of the cleansing face masks I used as a teenager. It has a squeeze cap, but it's not easy to squeeze out due to the density of the liquid. I removed the cap and just squeezed the bottle. The bottle was smaller than I expected, but 9 ounces doesn't fit in a large bottle no matter what. This product did not work for me and I will not buy it again. I think I was just unlucky like other reviewers. I'll list the pros and cons: Pros: - Very pleasant, gentle mint scent. Not even a bit harmless.--Septic tank safe.--Applied thickly so stays in place.Cons:--There are no indications on the bottle at all, which I found odd.--I have most of it of the bottle used on the first toilet. The bottle is only 9 ounces and if you make a few squirts of thick liquid, 3/4 of the bottle is already gone. Slightly removed some of the dark circles but did very little for the whitish mineral buildup. . "Rub gently"? Please, I let it sit for a while and then gently rubbed it. Nothing. Then I cleaned up further. Nothing. Even vigorous cleaning did not remove the mineral deposits. Lime-Away really does get rid of buildup, that's for sure. Of course there is a lot of chemistry involved. :(-- Couldn't get rid of general discoloration (ie darkening) in the toilet. This is one of the things Lime-Away does very well too.-- Even with free shipping, it would be expensive to use regularly. Looks like it "like going back to Lime-Away. It's a shame as I was excited to try a non-toxic solution for mineral deposits in my toilets. But it just didn't work. Of course your mileage may vary and obviously other people have had success with this product, but not me.
