Disappointing; Battery does not charge

Disappointed. The battery has only been charged once. Doesn't charge the battery anymore. Almost dead now. Powered on for six hours without recharging. Only use once a week, the battery has worked since purchase until now, but when the battery ran out the shaver became garbage. UPDATE: The seller replaced the razor. You reacted quickly.
