So far this bag has exceeded my expectations! The material is soft and seems quite durable. I use it daily for work. Pockets galore and lots of little pockets for all my stuff everywhere. All stitching is excellent, no threads are sticking out or places I see will break soon. The only thing I don't like is the shoulder strap, it's soft and feels solid, but the rubber shoulder pad looks cheap and is already showing signs of cracking.
