STOP: If you have a Mac

Looks like a great ID card printer I'm sure. I can't use it because our office uses Macs. I called support and was told they don't have a driver that works with the latest OS (Catalina). What the hell? How can you sell a machine that you say will work on Macs and PCs when it only works on older Macs? waste of time.
