So these pants are very long. I've found that I have a problem with getting jeans for my son most of the time. He's not skinny, but he's not fat either. I have a size 8 Husky and my son is 47 inches tall and weighs about 70 pounds. They fit perfectly on the waist. they are so long too long, they are long. But the material is so great, stretches well, and is so comfortable that I'm still giving it 5 stars. So if you're looking for a pair of pants with a comfortable waist (also comes with an adjustable tie inside) then you've come to the right place. If you have trouble with very long pants, this may not be the case. Unless your kids have LONG legs!
