I am very satisfied with the Pink Kraft butcher paper roll and the fast delivery. I wish I could use it already, but I'm trying to learn the details and practices. proper slow and slow grilling of meat, and I'm working on the hardest part of the process. For me, it's learning how to control the long-term temperature of my Weber Performer kettle. I'm glad I found this article because it contains all the requirements I read about while studying. Temp control issues at this point I'm too used to direct grilling and 2 zone grilling which seems easier than the low and slow grilling methods. Thank you for this meat item.
