Despite first impressions, PIHEN is not the best place to shop if you're in the market for computers, technology, or related products. The website's design is disorganized, making it tough to locate desired items and select desired choices. Customers are left wondering what they are buying because some of the product titles are either inadequate or ambiguous. Some members of the customer support team are helpful, while others seem disinterested in solving customers' problems. Sometimes it takes longer than anticipated for customers to receive their orders because of delays in shipping and handling. There are significant ways in which PIHEN could better service their customers, despite the fact that they may offer some good products at competitive prices.
