The ability for one-click publishing of documents in PDF format, as well as being able to send them securely via email or text message makes this service fantastic! It would be great if there was more functionality so you could upload your own templates rather than using pre made ones which can sometimes look quite generic but still work fine anyway.

I have used it with my colleagues who are working remotely without having our physical office space available all day every day where we need something like this - allowing us to easily share important information quickly across offices/ teams at short notice when required has been hugely beneficial during Covid lockdown times.
