Based on my experience THIS fat burner did not deliver any significant results in slimming down my abdominal area. While the camphor scent was pleasant, it did not make up for the lack of efficacy... Moreover, I was disappointed to discover that the product contained unhealthy additives which undermined its supposed health benefits. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective and healthy fat burner. There are better options available in the Health and Household category..
