I am 41 years old and have been using the secret for 27 years. Gel is by far the best because it doesn't leave marks on clothes. Sometimes you need to wipe the sides a bit if you've applied too much because when you pull the shirt over your head it may leave a wet stain (just because too much has been applied) but hot water will come out as you wear it. Although I love the lavender scent, I bought it because it's so much cheaper than buying it individually. It is not a savings factor and an excellent hygiene product for my body.
