Large and easy to clean

This is a great exercise mat. This is a huge improvement over the old towels I used to protect my carpet during my workout. I have fairly heavy running shoes (tacx neo) and everything feels solid and stable when using the mat on carpet. In addition, the material is very easy to care for. And there's no sign of sweat or spilled water on the mat. Finally the mat is the right size for my trainer and my bike. I highly recommend this rug.

In addition to the exercise bike mat, the Alpcour exercise bike mat can also be used to protect the floor from treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes and other exercise equipment.
