Pump is difficult to open
I bought this for my mother in law to keep her well fed during COVID. This is great value. Unfortunately, when we got to her, the caps were unscrewed and she was pouring soap from the bottle. She could not get the pump out of the locked position. My husband and I tried to unlock the pump and couldn't. Finally, we tried to unlock all the pumps and were only able to unlock about half of them. So these soap bottles must now be used as refill bottles with the pumps running.
