The packaging was very good but I have ordered all my business items from Amazon and up until now I have never had a problem, when I received this item I started working with it the day after one set with him, but I couldn't even finish my first set without the nail popping out every time I tried to file, or the fingers coming off completely, especially the thumb because it just won't stick when I hold not the nail itself and the little finger decides to come off completely which is a very big inconvenience to my work, how can I work or even practice if I try so hard to file the nail every time the fingers become loosen up, which even now takes forever to do a set on those arms, this exercise should make the exercise easier, not harder!
