I have sent them back several times because they are not all made of the same material. The first pair I bought were the right soft, springy "pillow" material but were a little tight, I wanted them for my hospital bag as I'm pregnant and my feet are swollen. I ordered double size but had to return them as they were not padded/elastic. It's a godsend to order these slides, the pictures are misleading and claim that all colors available are made from the same advertised cushion material, that's a lie. When I sent them back for a refund the third time, they claimed they never received the slides back and charged my card for the slides I returned to the UPS center they process returns from. For the lost UPS, the headache returns and fees are due.
