This product worked for about 1 hour. It has been turned off and will not turn back on. in reviews with 1 star. The manufacturer always responds to one-star reviews to try to make the company seem like they care, but this is obviously a joke. In these responses to 1-star reviews, a ZVOX representative states that there is a known issue with defective units like mine that were manufactured within a known period of time. Here's a tip for you, ZVOX, REMIND THE KNOWN DEFECTIVE DEVICES. I bought this device for my 87 year old mother. Thank you ZVOX for ruining an older woman's day. UPDATE 5/9/17 I have returned a defective product. According to the tracking number, the package arrived at ZVOX 6 days ago. ZVOX has not yet confirmed receipt of the defective speaker. Looks like I need to submit a Revain A_Z claim. Thank you again ZVOX.
